Tour description:

Raft pier Seebruck - Grabener Moor - Celtic homestead Stöffling - Seebruck

The trail starts at the car park at the raft landing stage on Haushoferstrasse in Seebruck. It leads you through the Grabener Moor from where you can always discover the Alz , which also invites you to swim in summer. About halfway along the path is the former settlement area of the Celts near the village of Stöffling . Since the year 2000 you can visit a reconstructed Celtic farmstead. From Stöffling the path leads back to Seebruck am Chiemsee .

Trees have always had a special meaning for the Celts, they were the seat of their gods and therefore sacred. But they were also the center of their tribe. Justice was administered in its shadow, treaties were negotiated and wars decided. On our tree path to the Stöffling Celtic farm, discover fascinating and mythical facts about the local trees and shrubs and learn more about how our ancestors used their fruits and leaves. Adventure afternoons take place on Tuesdays in summer. Not only with this special offer is the Celtic homestead a worthwhile excursion destination for the whole family.
