The cozy little vacation house Murmel is very centrally located in an absolutely quiet location behind the spa gardens in the idyllic village of Ruhpolding. You have a whole house with garden to yourself! From the terrace, the balcony and from all living rooms you have a beautiful mountain view of the Rauschberg, the Gamsknogel and the Sonntagshorn. Our house Murmel was built in 1934, renovated several times, most recently in 2017. The long history of the house gives it its own charm, but also brings certain restrictions, such as steep stairs (see picture gallery). The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and dishwasher, and has a large dining table. In the living room is a large flat screen TV, throughout the house you have free wifi. The three bedrooms on the second floor have a total of two double beds and one single bed. There is enough space to put a crib. Bed linen and towels are provided for all. There is plenty of space in the large wardrobe to dry your equipment and clothes after sports. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer for you.
