Welcome to our annexe in the Schmelzer Straße 100. The house is located directly at the Schmelzerbach and offers you peace and coziness. Here you live all alone in a 70sqm apartment on the second floor, this has two large balconies with magnificent views of the mountains and the village. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, parking is in front of the house. A small playground for the little ones is in the garden, you are also welcome to barbecue and relax on the beautiful terrace.
