The house is located in a quiet street, parallel to the lakeside road, which is very busy in the summer months. The lake can be reached quickly after about 100 m walk.
It is an apartment house with 5 parties. It borders directly on a landscape conservation area, has parking spaces and a lockable garage, in which e.g. bicycles can be stored.
Not far from the house is a popular starting point for rafts on the Alz, especially in the summer months. A tour with a raft or your own boat is very popular.
A few hundred meters from the house is the Seebruck pier of the Chiemsee Schifffahrt, with which in the summer months the other places on the lake and the islands (Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel) can be reached.
In the immediate vicinity you will find many walking and biking trails, which, in addition to the lake and the Chiemgau mountains, is one of the outstanding attractions. You can also reach a stop of the public bus network after not even 300 meters.
