Our newly renovated, individually and lovingly furnished holiday flat on the 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen and two separate rooms for living and sleeping. Bathroom and toilet are also separate. The living room and kitchen have access to the east balcony, which invites you to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. At the same time, you have a magnificent view of the Chiemgau Alps. From the bedroom, an unobstructed view of the sunset in Lake Chiemsee awaits you. The lake shore can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The 6 km long natural sandy beach offers enough space for swimming and sunbathing. For "nature lovers", our location has a serious nudist area ready, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In the surrounding area, numerous hiking and mountain trails are waiting to be explored by you. The two cities of Munich (approx. 100 km) and Salzburg (approx. 50 km) offer a wide range of cultural activities. Since Übersee's train station is located directly on the main Munich - Salzburg route, you can reach them quickly and comfortably.
