The house is located in a very quiet detached location on a 645 sqm south-facing slope plot in the Vorauf vacation park near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and offers an ideal starting point for a variety of activities due to its location. In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football field, skating and basketball court and in winter a cross-country ski trail. In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting point for attractive excursions to Lake Chiemsee, Lake Waginger, Königssee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, as well as short distances for skiing and cross-country skiing or wonderful cycling and mountain hikes.If you do not want to use the car, you can also participate in the organized excursions directly from the vacation village.Please note that our vacation home is only available for vacation guests and not for workers. Electricity (day 0,60 €/Kwh, night 0,53 €/Kwh) and water (4,50 €/sqm) are charged according to consumption as per meter reading. On request bed linen (9,00 € per person) and towels (2,50 € per person) can be rented. A deposit of 200,00 € is to be paid in advance for the settlement of the additional costs. The rest will be returned on departure.
