Our house is located in the district of Rottau in the municipality of Grassau, an idyllic village at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps. The holiday flat (approx. 56 square metres of living space) is modern and comfortably furnished and has a large terrace with garden. It is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities in every season. In 2023, the holiday flat was freshly renovated and furnished.

Die genannten Preise sind zzgl. Kurbeitrag i.H.v. 1,00 € pro Person/Nacht für Erwachsene. Kinder von 6 bis 17 Jahren: 0,50 €. Kinder von 0 bis 5 Jahre sowie Schwerbehinderte ab 80% sind kurbeitragsfrei.
Bitte überweisen Sie uns innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Eingang der Buchungsbestätigung eine Anzahlung von 20 Prozent des Gesamtbetrags. Die Restzahlung begleichen Sie bitte spätestens 30 Tage vor Anreise. Bitte überweisen Sie auch den Kurbeitrag spätestens 30 Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn.
