Hello and a warm welcome to our private house "Alpen-Chalet-Sol-Alpium" in Reit im Winkl. A high-altitude health resort that has always been able to enchant "summer visitors", nature lovers and people 
enthusiastic about winter sports with its special location and originality. We invite you to spend your vacation in the most beautiful "Winkl" of Upper Bavaria and to experience the magic of our village 
for yourself.

Our "primitive" and "Bavarian" comfortably furnished non-smoking studio apartments with a large private balcony and a single apartment with its own outdoor seating area in the garden offer you a cozy 
home and the exclusive privacy of a family home. We can welcome up to a maximum of 9 people at a time in our private house as guests. Two studio apartments (Giebelstadl and Kaiserstüberl) are next to 
each other on the top floor and can be booked together. This is ideal for friends, couples, families or small groups.

Take your time and feel the seasons again with all their peculiarities. Whether you visit us in spring, summer, autumn or winter. Nature will amaze you again and again. Every season has its own charms here.

Reit im Winkl has something to offer everyone. Whether you want to go on holiday alone, as a couple, as a family or with good friends, whether you want to experience an adventure, do sports or enjoy a few 
relaxing days. In any case, you are always in the right place with us. Reit im Winkl and the region offer you countless opportunities to spend your free time, such as cycling, mountain biking, golfing, 
hiking, climbing, swimming, sightseeing and city tours in the region and much more.

So enjoy your most valuable time in our house, recharge your batteries (Sol Alpium) in the heart of nature (in corde natura) and experience our "Upper Bavarian" warmth of the village and the entire region,
which will make your vacation a very special time let become.

There are public parking spaces, for example, at least 300-400m (banquet hall) from our house. Our house guests also have the option of reserving their "own" parking space in our own underground car park 
for a fee. You and your vehicle would then be protected from all weather conditions. Of course, you can tell us your personal "parking request" at any time.
