The house is located in the most sought-after residential area of Ruhpolding in a central and yet absolutely quiet south-facing location on a large property with a breathtaking view of the Ruhpolding mountain panorama. The cozy, well-kept apartments with balcony or terrace are almost all facing the garden. A comfortable lounge is available for groups. Parking spaces are directly at the house. The kitchens are equipped with coffee machine, water and egg boiler and toaster and almost all kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher. Bicycles can be set in the garage or (valuable) stored locked in a wooden hut. Winter sports enthusiasts have a room for storing skis. Ski boots and wet clothes can be dried overnight in the heating cellar. Shower towels for the Ruhpolding swimming pool are also provided. The washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. Shopping facilities and restaurants, the tennis park, cycling and hiking trails, the bathing/sauna area, the mini golf park, the cross-country skiing trail and ice rink are within walking distance. Train travelers can also reach the house comfortably on foot with luggage.
