The house at Chiemsee has been in the family for over 50 years. 5 bedrooms, a large living area with fireplace and tiled stove, 2 terraces and a balcony surrounded by a 1300 m² property, create a setting for your vacation that offers all amenities. On two sides the house borders on green meadows and is located directly on the Chiemsee landscape conservation area. The house has always enjoyed its own jetty rights and so you can use the jetty and rowing boat at any time during your vacation free of charge. Families with children belong to our guests as well as sailors, who have their boat moored in the directly neighboring marina for the duration of their stay golfers, who try out up to 10 golf courses in the surrounding area during their stay or hikers, who appreciate the Chiemgau, its rolling hills and characteristic mountains. And for water sports of all kinds, Lake Chiemsee has always been a Mecca.
