Quiet location, near forest and lake, 300 m to the lido, garage, gazebo with fireplace grill, lawn for sunbathing, large children's playground with swing, slide and sandbox, pedal tractor, soccer goal, table tennis, foosball and children's playroom, animals not allowed.
