The house is located directly at the Kurpark, quiet and yet central. You can reach all the leisure and shopping facilities of our beautiful village in just a few minutes on foot. The flats have fully equipped kitchens with microwave.

This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).
You have an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and reach the cross-country skiing network as well as the bus departure to the Winklmoosalm in about three minutes on foot.
