Welcome to Alpenblick Rosa, your cosy
holiday flat for two people in Inzell, in the heart of the Chiemgau region.
Spanning around 50 m², you’ll find a well-maintained
non-smoking flat on the ground floor with a separate bedroom, living and
dining area, kitchenette and a covered terrace opening out onto the grounds
with a south-facing view of the Chiemgau mountains.
The holiday flat is situated in a well-maintained building with
a total of twelve holiday flats. A parking space is available free of charge directly next to the building
. The centre of Inzell, with its shops, bakeries, cafés
and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate
vicinity, there is also the option of having
breakfast by prior arrangement. A communal washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement.
Chiemgau Card included
During your stay, you will receive the Chiemgau Card
free of charge. This allows you to enjoy numerous leisure activities in Inzell and
the surrounding region at no extra cost or at a reduced rate. Depending on
the current range of services, these include, amongst other things, mountain railways, leisure activities,
regional bus services, sporting and nature experiences, as well as various

Swimming and relaxation right on your doorstep
A particular highlight is the nearby Inzell Water Park
with its new indoor swimming pool. There you’ll find swimming lanes, a family-friendly
swimming area and a heated outdoor pool with views of the Chiemgau mountains.
In summer, the natural swimming lake with its large sunbathing lawn also invites you to swim and
relax. Both facilities are included in the current package of the
Chiemgau Card.
Ideal for active holidays and day trips
Inzell offers numerous opportunities in every season
for walking, cycling, mountain biking, e-biking, cross-country skiing, winter walking,
tobogganing and winter sports. The famous Max Aicher Arena is also
within easy reach.
The holiday flat is also ideally situated for day trips. In
just a short drive, you can reach Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkl, Traunstein and
Lake Chiemsee. Trips to Berchtesgaden,
Königssee or Salzburg are equally worthwhile.
