The approximately 135 m² of living space includes two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a very spacious living-dining area with a kitchen island, and a modern kitchen that offers everything even ambitious amateur chefs could want – including a Thermomix.
The surrounding area invites you to enjoy activities all year round. Hiking and biking trails through meadows, forests, and hilly pre-Alpine landscapes start right at your doorstep. Those who like it even more sporty will also find more challenging mountain tours nearby. Lake Chiemsee, with its bathing spots, boat rentals, and islands worth seeing, is only a few minutes away by car or bike. In winter, cross-country ski trails are within easy reach, and the nearest ski lift is only about 10 kilometers away—ideal for a day of skiing in the mountains.
The bathroom has a rain shower and an infrared sun shower for warming up. A separate toilet provides additional comfort.
