In a romantic valley, surrounded by forest and meadows and yet only 2 km from the center of Ruhpolding, lies our historic former farm, which was built about 1750. The next bus stop is 800 m away.In the listed, lovingly restored second floor is the, spacious and cozy apartment with about 80 m² living space for 2 - 5 people.The lovingly furnished apartment offers a double bedroom and other bedroom with bunk beds, the lower bed is 1.40 meters wide and the upper with normal width (90 cm), living room with comfortable couch (extendable) and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with ground level. Shower, sep. WC and 2 balconies (one with distant view and view into the nature and one completely roofed and weather-protected). Furthermore, we offer our guests a separate garden area with seating area, sun loungers and sandbox. Listen to the babbling of the brook, the chirping of the birds and watch our sheep grazing next to the house on the hillside. So you can relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Families with children are very welcome in our house! We provide a crib and high chair free of charge. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels.
