We would like to welcome you to our newly renovated house - your "vacation home". Our non-smoking vacation apartments are newly equipped and comfortably furnished with all the comforts of home. Each apartment has its own spacious balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of our mountains. On the first floor there is a barrier-free apartment. This has a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower/WC (handicapped accessible) and another bathroom. As common rooms our guests have a recreation room with fitness equipment, children's playroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle or ski storage room. A large outdoor area with sunbathing lawn, children's playground and barbecue area invites you to stay and relax. In winter, it is only a few steps to the "Westernberg lifts" and the ski school. The entrance to the Ruhpolding ski trail is in the immediate vicinity. Parking spaces directly at the house.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein.
