Here you will find the ideal conditions for a vital active holiday and for recharging your batteries: walking, hiking, horse riding, Nordic walking, golf course "Kaiserwinkel", tennis, cycling in the valley and on the mountains, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, bathing pleasures in the local outdoor adventure pool, several bathing lakes and lido "Walchsee". There is a private parking space for your car in the underground garage. A telecommander (remote control) makes it easy for you to enter and exit the underground car park. From your car parking space you can reach your flat directly via a corridor. Also in the basement you will find a communal sauna, a ski depot and a bicycle parking space.
