Perfect for families (including multi-generational stays) as well as large groups (e.g. sports groups). You can look forward to a brand-new, high-quality kitchen with direct access to the beautiful sun terrace. A spacious living and dining area, furnished with great attention to detail in an alpine/modern style (also with direct access to the terrace), invites you to relax and enjoy your holiday with us. With a total floor area of approx. 200 square metres and 6 separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, the holiday home is generously proportioned and offers our guests plenty of space – so YOU can socialise or retreat to your own space as you wish. Arrive and feel at home: our holiday home has 6 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom; it is very centrally located yet absolutely peaceful, with views of the beautiful surrounding mountains. You can reach all the main amenities (railway station, restaurants, supermarket, cafés, the ‘Vita Alpina’ indoor swimming pool with sauna facilities, and much more) within a few minutes’ walk, and set off on your walking, cycling or cross-country skiing trips straight from the house. In addition, you’ll find private car parking spaces right next to the house. You can also store bicycles or skis in a locked area. Look forward to our new, bright living/dining room with a TV and a cosy sofa area, as well as our spacious, sunny terrace in summer.

We
remain a partner establishment of the Chiemgau Card up to and including 30 April 2027. If you arrive by 30 April 2027,
you will receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around
Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and
water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also
have access to free bike hire and the use of public transport, such as
regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein
are available to you. This allows you to experience the region to the full
whilst being pleasantly surprised by the many free offers on offer. On

For
arrivals from 1 May 2027, you will receive the Ruhpolding Guest Card, which entitles you to
numerous discounts on admission fees and allows you to travel free of charge on the
village bus service.
