Grassau terrain therapy route

From the Tourist Information Grassau, head north out of the town center. Now you are on the edge of the Kendlmühlfilzen nature reserve – one of the largest raised bogs in southern Germany with birch forests and extensive heath grass meadows. Continue over sunny field paths past the Grassau district of Rottau to the Rottau Kneipp basin and the barefoot path. Here you can take a break, enjoy your snack, and at the same time do something for your health. Passing beautiful old farmhouses, you now cross through Rottau. After a slight ascent, our panorama path leads you above Rottau through shady forests past the Salt & Peat Museum back to Grassau.
