Our fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle allows for ambitious cooking. Plenty of crockery saves you from having to wash up after every meal. You will also find a washing machine in the kitchen.
On the east-facing and south-facing balconies, you can spend relaxing mornings and evenings with an unobstructed view of the mountains: Hochstaufen (1771 m), Zwiesel (1782 m), Gamsknogel (1750 m), Gruberhörndl (1493 m), Falkenstein (1181 m), Kienberg/Streicher (1594m), Rauschberg (1671m) – from east to west.
Due to its location outside the center, you can enjoy the sun longer than in the town center. The quiet location is ideal for relaxation.
We have sand toys and coloring materials for our youngest guests. Board games, puzzles, and books are also available.
This is a non-smoking apartment; if necessary, our seating area in the entrance hall can be used.
Your vehicles can be parked directly in front of the house on our property.
Dog owners will appreciate the proximity to nature.
