Our holiday flat "Haus Ferienglück" for 2-4 people can be reached via a separate entrance and extends over two floors and a generous 67 m² (house in the house). It was completely renovated in 2023 and lovingly refurnished. You have free WiFi internet access throughout the flat.
On the ground floor, an entrance area with cloakroom and storage facilities leads to the large cellar room belonging to the flat, a guest WC and the living-dining room with large kitchen.
This area is furnished with a comfortable couch, wicker armchair, coffee table, sideboard with large Smart TV, an extendable dining table with Chiemsee chairs and a pretty wood-burning stove. wood-burning stove. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed with an additional armchair bed and a four-door wardrobe with a small safe for your valuables. The room opens onto a balcony with wooden chairs. A second small bedroom is furnished with a single bed with storage space and a small chest of drawers. An additional cot or travel cot can be added here on request. The lovingly designed bathroom with window has been recently renovated. It has a large floor-level shower, a hairdryer, a suspended toilet with soft-closing mechanism, towels, towel heating, a step stool for children and a baby toilet attachment.
In the spacious cellar there is a hoover, clothes horse, ironing board and iron in addition to the relevant household items. The large cellar offers storage space for e.g. skis, skateboards, sledges, golf and hiking equipment. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden loungers.
