Tour description:
Dive into the fascinating world of the raised bog and experience the unique nature of the Kendlmühlfilzen nature reserve up close!
The moor adventure route takes you through one of the most beautiful corners of the nature reserve.
Your discovery tour begins at the Museum Salz & Moor, where you can gain exciting insights into the formation of the moor. After a short path across the street, the first highlight awaits you: The Römer Bandolino.
You continue a bit along the edge of the moor until you finally dive directly into the moor on narrow paths. There, a balancing tree and exciting moor puzzles invite you to discover the secrets of this unique habitat.
Another highlight is the viewing platform, from which you can overlook almost the entire nature reserve.
The way back to the museum leads through a picturesque forest path.
Highlights on the moor adventure route:
At the Museum Salz & Moor (open from May to October) you can learn more about the moor. In the museum café next door there are delicious cakes and a public restroom.
Coming from the A8 from Munich:
