Tour description:

The Kendlmühlfilzen is one of the largest raised bogs in Bavaria and was declared a nature reserve in 1992. On the moor circular trail, you can explore the unique moor landscape and immerse yourself in a completely different world. The hike is an easy round that is ideal for the whole family. If you want to take a somewhat longer walk through our bogs, you can also combine this path with the moor adventure trail with many play and puzzle stations.

Arrival by car

From the A8 coming from Munich:

Take the exit at Bernau am Chiemsee and take the third exit at the roundabout heading towards Reit im Winkl. Follow the B305 through Bernau and Rottau to Grassau. Shortly after the church, turn left into Niederfeldstraße. Then the next left and immediately right onto Moosbacher Straße. Follow it to the end.
