Tour description:
The tour starts at the valley station of the Hochfelln cable car (chargeable parking lot €2/day). Before the Maxhütte Museum, the tour turns left towards Pattenberg and continues to Engelstein. It's worth taking a detour on foot to the legendary Engelstein caves. Then we head towards Baireralm, Vorderalm and Staudacher Alm. The path then continues via the Kohlstatt hiking car park. Here you can take a refreshing swim in the Schipfl Weiher. The journey to the starting point leads back along a small asphalt road, always slightly downhill, to the starting point of the tour at the valley station.
