We are located in Karlswerk, a small hamlet in the municipality of Seeon-Seebruck in the heart of Chiemgau, surrounded by green fields and only a few minutes away from Lake Chiemsee. Enjoy your holiday with us in two 5-star holiday apartments – welcoming, modern and family-friendly.
OUR 5-STAR HOLIDAY APARTMENTS
Stay in one of our two modern and comfortable holiday apartments, each accommodating 6 people – mountain views included.
Each holiday apartment is approximately 85 square metres in size. In addition to a spacious and bright living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, there are 2 bedrooms, additional sleeping facilities and a large bathroom. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels, as well as extras for your children (e.g. extra beds, changing facilities, potties, stools).
In the garden, you will find barbecue stations, sunbeds and a play area with football goals and a ping pong table.
OUR FARM
The farm has belonged to our family for several generations. The farmhouse was rebuilt in 2023 in traditional style. The heart of our organic farming is our herd of cows, which graze on our pastures all year round. We also keep sheep and small animals such as cats, rabbits and quails. Our pond is the ideal place for feeding fish and fishing.
In our farm shop, you will find meat from our farm and selected local produce. So nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening.
