There is a separate dining kitchen, a living room and bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub. The balcony is accessible from both rooms with south exposure and panoramic view.
Hikers can start many hiking routes directly from the Ötzweg, such as the Hindenburghütte, Oberhemmersuppenalm, Eggenalm, Straubinger Haus and Winklmoosalm. In winter, the cross-country ski trail and one of the longest toboggan runs in Bavaria can be reached in just a few minutes. Wonderful walking and hiking trails start directly in the Blindau district.
