Our house is located in the quiet district of Grashof, very close to the local mountain of Ruhpolding, the Rauschberg, and directly at the beautiful 18 hole golf course of the Golfclub Ruhpolding e.V. ! Likewise, some beautiful bike routes lead directly past the house. In winter, a "house cross-country ski trail" is 200m away, also the biathlon center, the 3 lakes area and the ski area Winkelmoos Alm are very easy to reach.
