Short stays of 2 nights or more are now also possible in the off-season and during periods of low occupancy! Our house, which contains our own flat and the ‘Rosengarten’ and ‘Dorfblick’ holiday flats, is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Truchtlaching. We belong to the municipality of Seeon-Seebruck, and our house, which we built in 2016/17, is therefore the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours around Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau region. But if you don't want to leave our beautiful village, you don't have to, because we have everything you need for a relaxing day. Everyday necessities can be purchased within a few metres of our house. (Edeka, baker, butcher, small café, pizzeria, Bavarian fish restaurant) However, if you would like to cool off, the Alz river, which flows picturesquely through our Truchtlaching, is not far away and can also be navigated by rubber dinghy, canoe or stand-up paddle board in summer. Anglers will also find plenty to enjoy in and around our village. There are interesting hikes for Celtic enthusiasts.
