Tour description:
Ascent from Hindenburghütte towards Straubinger Haus / Fellhorn, path 15 over the Hemmersuppenalm past St. Anna's chapel. Route follows the Premium trail Almgenuss until it turns to the Schuhmacherkreuz.
Then straight ahead on path no. 151 to the Straubinger Haus on the Eggenalm. Continue in the direction of Steinplatte to the Durchkaser-Almen and the Steinplatte car park.
On the road over the Stallen- to the Möseralm, then path no.11 partly over a narrow path on wooden beams (be careful when it is wet, risk of slipping) and on to the Winklmoos-Alm. This tour can also be started from the Winklmoos-Alm. Here you can use the free hiking bus. Please note the timetable!

Coming from Munich or Salzburg on the Munich - Salzburg motorway (A8 to Grabenstätt exit no. 109), continue towards Marquartstein and on the well-developed German Alpine Road (B305) to Reit im Winkl.
Drive from the village in the direction of Ruhpolding. After approx. 1 km turn in the direction of Blindau and approx. 1 km to the Fellhornweg car park, 83242 Reit im Winkl.
Coming from Munich or Innsbruck on the Rosenheim - Innsbruck motorway (A93) to Oberaudorf (exit 59). On to Walchsee, Kössen and Reit im Winkl.
Drive from the village in the direction of Ruhpolding. After approx. 1 km turn in the direction of Blindau and approx. 1 km to the Fellhornweg car park, 83242 Reit im Winkl. Paid shuttle buses in the season from the car park.
Connections to Reit im Winkl from Prien am Chiemsee train station (best bus connection!). With the RVO bus line 9505.
