The Fischerhaus am Moosbach - a ground floor bungalow - is located in the district of Mietenkam of the municipality of Grassau almost at the end of the Forellenweg.The property borders directly on the Moosbach, which is about one meter deep at this point.In the Fischerhaus you live in Mietenkam (530m), a district of Grassau and only 2 km from the village center. Opposite the Fischerhaus is the Kendelmühl Filze, a wonderful nature reserve with many hiking trails.Almost on the doorstep you will find an 18-hole golf course.To the Chiemsee to Feldwies it is 7 km, easily reached in 20 min. by bike.South of Mietenkam opens the Achental with the Hochgern (1748m) to the left and the Hochplatte (1586m) on the right. Both are excellent hiking mountains, the summits can be reached in about 21/2 hours and there are plenty of opportunities for refreshments along the way: Grassauer Hochalm with Kampenwand.
