Hiking does not always have to mean overcoming several hundred meters of altitude. Hiking can also be special in flatter terrain. And special in this case means a mixture of alpine hikes in the Chiemgau Alps and bird watching. This is made possible by the community of "6 am Chiemsee", which has put together the most beautiful tours for relaxed hikes on Lake Chiemsee. So it goes on the one hand on the water lily path around a monastery lake near Seeon, where Mozart also made music; and the other in Grassau via moderate paths to the alpine pastures, with typical snacks and alpine cheese. Animal lovers can visit the nature observation station in Don't miss Chieming or the Grabenstätter Moos nature reserve.
