Dear guests,
our modern, lovingly furnished holiday flat (built 2018) on the 1st floor is located in a 3-family house on the outskirts of Übersee, only a few minutes by bike from Lake Chiemsee. The A8 motorway runs through the northern area of Übersee, making it possible to reach Salzburg in 25 minutes and Munich in 50 minutes.
Numerous hiking trails and mountain routes invite you to go walking, hiking and for excursions.
Our location is the starting point for numerous cycling tours. The Chiemsee cycle circuit starts right outside our front door.
