Salzburger Freilichtmuseum

The Salzburg open-air museum shows rural building, living and farming in Salzburg from the 15th to the 20th century . There is a lot to discover for young and old on the 50-hectare museum site. The museum train takes you comfortably from one attraction to the next. The museum grounds are divided into different regions in which you can explore the districts of today's federal state.

In addition to thematic tours, the museum also hosts events for the whole family throughout the year. The adventure playground invites you to romp around and the Kneipp facility to wade through refreshing water. Animal lovers should pay a visit to the goat enclosure.
