Private Landbrauerei Schönram

The first craft beer was made here as early as 1780
Since it was founded in 1780, the brewery has been owned by the ancestors of today's Oberlindober Bräu family. Today, the American master brewer Eric Toft ensures a balanced mixture of tradition and progress. He is considered a "original Bavarian" from Wyoming, a hop fetishist who is keen to experiment and an institution in the craft beer scene. But craft beer in Schönram simply means Helles, Pils, wheat beer or Bavarian Pale Ale and is brewed exclusively with local raw materials and according to the Bavarian Purity Law... artisanally. The motto here is "Quality knows no compromises", which has led to fourteen gold awards at the European Beer Star and the World Beer Cup since 2009.

Experience Schönram beer:
Due to renovation work, unfortunately no brewery tours are possible at the moment.

Bräustüberl Schönram:
The Bräustüberl with its beer garden is located next to the brewery and is a popular stop for visitors to the moor nature trail in Schönramer Filz, which is about two kilometers away.
