Stand-up paddling on the Chiemsee

The calm waters of the Chiemgau holiday region are particularly suitable for beginners. Experienced paddlers choose extended tours, such as to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. The starting points are the shore areas around Chiemsee and Waginger See. Rivers are also suitable as SUP areas - such as the Alz between Seebruck and Truchtlaching (paddling is allowed there every year from July 1st).

For those who like to experiment, there is SUP yoga as well as tours at sunset or full moon. Several rental stations right on the lake have boards and paddles ready and offer courses.
